I lost my mother also almost 10 years ago. It still hurts when I hear all the ads about mothers day. I do have a mother-in-law but it is not the same. When I went to the store to buy her a card I had to leave it was so painful to read the cards that I had to leave. Now I have to have my husband buy his mom her cards. they need to do something but I really don%26#039;t know what cause nothing takes away the pain. I just talk to her when I get to missing her I know she is listning. It does make me feel better.
Reply:i will meet her and give the gift to her by sweetfull and lovfull

so the mother%26#039;s day will be nice day and lovefull
Reply:I know what your saying, I lost my mom when I was 7. I%26#039;m now 41 and I still think about her. I will be singing extra loud in church this Sunday, because I know she will be watching. I%26#039;m sorry for your loss.
Reply:Celebrate the precious memories of our sweet mamas who have departed.
Reply:Although my mother is still here I sympathize with your pain but the industry doesn%26#039;t care and those advertises shall continue to generate revenue.
Reply:Excuse me if my tone wanders into the sarcastic. It is not my intent, but my nature, and I apologize in advance.

If you have lost your mom, then advertisers don%26#039;t give a squat about you. Wrong demographic. You%26#039;ll buy flowers along with the folks with living moms, no discount necessary. Diamond earrings, on the other hand, are a totally different story.

Ever hear of %26#039;sweetest day?%26#039; It falls in October, and you will only see it on Hallmark calendars. Hallmark made it up, in an effort to put a romance holiday (cards and collectibles) in a season where there is no big card-buying holiday. I wouldn%26#039;t have heard of it, had I not dated a girl who worked in a Hallmark store. I had to show her dozens of calendars to prove the holiday was bogus.
